A Big EMGZ Thanks
May 22, 2008 - d00bi0us
Before we lower the curtain on this event, eMazing Gaming would like to take the time to thank our sponsors for allowing us to put on such a great show. Specifically we’d like to thank Papa John’s Pizza, Best Buy, CT COMM, and Softlayer.
We gave away nearly $7k of the $50,000 prizes pot that we have this year including: $500 in cash, VIP tickets to Rocklahoma, phones and bluetooths from CT COMM, and a meet and greet with Bret Michaels.
The best part about our sponsors for this event is that they showed their support at the booth. The Best Buy guys were awesome enough to hang out with us all and join in during a few jam sessions. Chris proved to us that he was no wannabe and showed us his ability to shred on expert level songs.
Bob Billman from Papa John’s also stopped by to show his support and provided us with some much need energy in the form of pizza. If only Red Octane could make a guitar controller with a pizza tray …
The phones and Bluetooth adapters from CT COMM were one of the most coveted items in Richardson besides a Bret Michaels guitar pick. Our “Heavy Metal Man” Justin and Rockstar champion Robby both skipped away with those.
Thanks to you all. Hope to see ya on tour.
