eMg.cs vs 00

Update: The match started off with eMg.cs on t-side and 00 taking the initial first 3 rounds. However, eMg battled back to win the opening gun round, but shortly thereafter 00 again continued to keep pressure on the boys as round after round as the strategys from eMg was no match for the double 0 defense. Eventually the team got the right flow and began to win rounds towards the end of the half with a score of 5 - 10 in favor of 00.The 2nd half started off great as eMg held their own in the initial 3 round start, but lost sight thereafter with 6 rounds straight for 00 to make the match 16 - 8. Good game guys. Tonight the boys of eMg.cs take on 00 (iDemise) in ESEA-i action. After a roster switch of keefers for the highly versatile Xp3, we will get a chance to witness the full potential of fury that this roster can bring. Just a little over a week ago eMg.cs took on Grid05 on de_train and after a hard fought battle of back and forth round trades, Grid was able to take the match after some very successful terrorist-side plays in a 11-16 win over eMg.cs.But this week is a different week with a different roster. The match is set for tonight on de_dust2. eMg.WoW Places 4th

eMg.WoW came into this competition looking to reach for gold but was unfortunately cut short after a well fought battle against TSG to take home 4th place at this years 2009 Regional Final. Action kicked off with eMg.WoW taking on Evil Geniuses as they managed to get 1 round off their opponents, but was then sent immediately to the lower bracket after a 3 round victory for Team EG. However, eMg wouldn’t call it quits just yet as they made short work of Complexity Gaming ultimately eliminating them from the event with a 3 - 1 victory.With a win over Complexity, eMg set their sights on Pandemic as they entered lower bracket round 2. The match began with eMg.WoW winning back to back rounds before Pandemic was able to gain their first victory, but shortly thereafter eMg was able to pull away with a 3 - 1 victory of Pandemic.In their final match, eMg.WoW took on TSG with a deadly Lock, DK and Paladin combination. The team fought hard but as mentioned above they were put away rather quickly with a 1 - 3 loss over TSG.

eMg.cs adds Xp3

After a less than impressive performance against XLO.G5 in the recent ESEA-Invite match, eMazing Gaming has decided to release Keith "keefers" Spies. Although keefers brought a lot of talent to the team and was a player that truly belongs with a top tier organization, we felt at this time we needed something fresh and versatile to add to the team’s chemistry in order for them to continue to succeed. So without further delay, eMg is pleased to announce the addition of David "Xp3" Garrido to the squad! Xp3 comes from the current North American team North Stars United. The team has the remaining days of June to collaborate together and prepare for the upcoming CEVO-P season as well as the remaining ESEA-I season. Counter-Strike Manager Thomas "Rasmus" Nabors had this to say on his newest addition: What was the reason for the roster change? Well it was a hard decision to make because keefers is a very good player, but he just wasn't able to keep up with the practice regime in place. The guys talked about it and came to a unanimous decision and this was the choice they made. How do you feel bringing xp3 on board will aid the team? What will he bring to the table? He is a very versatile player being that he has a good rifle and awp. Some people would argue when he lived in France that he was probably one of the top shots there. Also bringing on board loads of experience from the European scene is always a plus. He also can keep up with the guys practice schedule so that pretty much put the nail in the coffin on who we should go with. Do you think the team will be ready for the upcoming CEVO-P season? What are your expectations? Yes, I definitely think they are ready for CEVO-P this season and with Xp3 added to the roster it should give them the extra boost they need to start contending with the bigger teams. We still have a top3/4 mindset going into ESEA Playoffs, but hopefully with Xp3 they will do even better. Great things are to come from this squad. Stay tuned!
